born from a passion to create and inspire,
121 Decor offers simplistic, stylish, and creative furniture and decor items for your home and office.

121 Decor is a small family-owned business with big dreams and most of our products are manufactured locally and are hand made by our skilled and passionate craftsmen. we not only follow international trends and offer select items to our local clients and interior designers, but we also showcase handmade items from craftsmen based in our beautiful country South Africa and continent Africa.

creating a brand that offers quality decor items and furniture is a dream come true for us at 121 Decor.
as the owner of 121 Decor, I am pursuing this dream with my two sons Micah (9) and Nathan (11). not only do we enjoy working on the business together and dreaming about the future, but this has also been a good fathering opportunity to teach my sons about business, client service, problem solving, and finances amongst other things.

 

in starting this business, we have encountered many challenges along the way like tough post-pandemic economic conditions, high fuel prices, an energy crises and never ending self-doubt that comes with entrepreneurship. our name and brand are a constant reminder of our purpose and why we need to be resilient and continue to push through the challenges.

 

our name was inspired by Psalm 121 which reminds us that we can draw our strength from our Heavenly Father. as we pursue this dream and we come across external and internal challenges we know that we can achieve anything we set our minds to because of His grace, mercy and favor.

the purpose of this business is to not only transform your spaces but to create employment opportunities for many and empower others to pursue their dreams. when people look at our products in their home, our wish is that they too will be inspired to pursue their dreams because nothing is impossible!

we strive to create a working environment where people are celebrated and treated with dignity, and where they can live out their passion in a safe environment. we aim to grow nationwide and continue to translate dreams into reality.
